Delegated profiles

How a candidate hands their profile to your agency, and how to manage it.

A candidate who has their own MHive account can delegate their profile to your agency. While delegated, your agency can manage the profile just like one you created. The candidate can revoke at any time.

How delegation reaches your agency

  1. The candidate signs in and delegates their profile to your company.
  2. Your company can now view and edit that profile.
  3. A company admin can assign the profile to an agency team, so that team's members can manage it too.

Assign a delegated profile to a team

  1. As a company admin, open the delegated candidate profile.
  2. Assign it to the agency team that should manage it.
  3. Members of that team can now edit the profile and submit the candidate to jobs.

When a candidate revokes

  1. The candidate can remove your agency's access at any time.
  2. After they revoke, your company can no longer view or edit the profile.
  3. The candidate keeps their profile and can manage it themselves again.

Notes

  • A managed profile (one you created) has no owner, so it cannot be revoked. A delegated profile is owned by the candidate and always can.
  • Before your company can be deleted, every delegation must be revoked first — there are no automatic cascades on MHive.
