The basics for candidates — your account, your profile, and your applications.
As a candidate you create your own account, keep a profile, and follow the jobs you are put forward for. You do not chase job ads — MHive matches your profile to jobs automatically.
The pieces
- Your account — you sign up yourself with an email and a password. See Create your account.
- Your profile — who you are, what you can do, and where you are open to working. Matching runs on this, so keep it complete. See Complete your profile.
- Your applications — the jobs you were matched or submitted to, with their status. See Track your applications.
How you reach an employer
- You add your occupations and the countries you are open to relocating to.
- MHive matches you to jobs that fit — automatically, no action needed.
- A recruitment agency can also manage a profile for you and submit you to jobs directly.
- The employer sees your profile and contacts you if it is a fit.

Your privacy
Employers never see your private identity details, such as your passport number. Those stay between you, your agency, and the platform admins.
