How MHive works for you
The basics for candidates — your account, your profile, and your applications.
As a candidate you create your own account, keep a profile, and follow the jobs your agency puts you forward to. You do not chase job ads — MHive works out which jobs your profile fits, and your agency shows you to the employers.
The pieces
- Your account — you sign up yourself with an email and a password. See Create your account.
- Your profile — who you are, what you can do, and where you are open to working. It decides which jobs you fit, so keep it complete. See Complete your profile.
- Your jobs — the jobs your agency put you forward to, with the step you reached. See Track your jobs.
How you reach an employer
- You add your occupations and the countries you are open to relocating to.
- A recruitment agency manages your profile and sees the jobs open to it that you fit.
- Your agency puts you forward to the ones it chooses. Only then does the employer see your profile.
- The employer selects you if it is a fit, and your agency takes you through the next steps.

Your privacy
Employers never see your private identity details, such as your passport number. Those stay between you, your agency, and the platform admins.
