For employers
Review applicants
See the candidates matched or submitted to your job and check their profiles.
Every approved job collects applicants in two ways: the system matches candidates automatically, and agencies you shared the job with submit candidates, which an admin approves.
See the applicants
- In the company dashboard, go to Jobs and open the job.
- The Eligible Candidates card lists everyone on the job, with admin-approved candidates on top.
- Use the search box to filter by candidate or agency name.

What you see per candidate
- Candidate — click the name to open the candidate's profile.
- Agency — the agency that manages the candidate, if any.
- Status — how the candidate got here:
- Matched — the system matched them to the job automatically.
- Approved — an agency submitted them and an admin approved it.
- Score — when the matching service has scored the applicants, a score column appears so you can rank them.
Candidate profiles and privacy
You can open the profile of any candidate on your job — matched or submitted, agency-managed or self-managed. The profile shows what you need to judge the fit. Private identity details, such as the passport number, are never shown to employers.
